No fancy tub. (but space to put one in).
Needs new carpet, but not right away necessarily.

Okay, my thoughts: no appliances is good because you want to pick your own. However, make sure you budget about $3500 for them and get good ones. Everything else is cosmetic. If the price is right, sounds like the bones are good and you could make it nice and then sell it when the market picks up if you want to. Plan to work on it over time, not all in the first month. A/C is a huge issue that should be a deal breaker. Good luck.

ReplyDeleteThe commute is about 45 mins for Kevin, but he likes the house a lot..so apparently its no big deal to him.
