At least we were valid candidates this time.
The bank (seller) came back with a counter-offer, but its much more than we can afford. We really can't come back with anything higher than we already offered. So, I guess we don't get the house. It's quite discouraging. I just don't know how to keep searching, or if we even should keep searching. Today, I thought once again about leaving Florida. If we buy a home, it won't be easy to just pick up and go, but I really do want a house too.
I wish the Staples "easy button" actually worked with real life situations.

No. We've talked about leaving Orlando before, leaving Florida, but we decided to stay because we both have good jobs here now. We would be leaving Florida because we want to, not because we don't have a house.
